The American friend, Jason Glasser, musician, painter, sculptor, videographer, for 20 years in Paris for love of a French woman, will have taken his time to release a first album under his name after having already done so as a member of the New York group Clem Snide and then as singer of Fruitkey on this side of the Atlantic.
In 2015, the two friends Jason Glasser and Etienne de Crécy (pioneer with Super Discount of the electronic "French touch" of the late 1990s) released the track New Wave, a summer parenthesis between "surf music" and electro pop, performed and co-written by Jason. "Recording with Etienne transformed my approach to singing. Jason no longer hides his voice.
Pelican, his first folk album, will be available on February 24, 2023.
